A Few Details:

Kid Telehealth visits require upfront payment before the appointment is scheduled*. The current fee is $35.00 on weekdays, $45.00 on weekends. Once payment is received, you'll receive notification of your child's appointment confirmation and a link to our secure telehealth video conference center.

What if the doctor decides he needs to actually see my child in the office? Don’t worry! If it's determined that an in-office, in-person visit is required – that the virtual visit isn't sufficient – we'll schedule an office visit for your child and $20.00 of your telehealth visit fee will be applied to your office visit bill or insurance co-pay.

* Insurance companies are starting to pay for telehealth visits, but many still don't. Check with your insurance and if they cover telehealth care, we'll gladly bill them. But, we can still offer virtual visits to everyone at an out-of-pocket cost not much more expensive than most people's co-pay.
